Rose Hill Event team will work with you to create a specific proposal for your event.

Chapel

 Flexible use for a variety of events wedding ceremony, wedding reception, party, dining event, etc.

Flexible Use: Based on the event and setup, guest numbers will be determined

Flexible Event Use Space with food and beverage minimum before tax and gratuity to be determined based on event

Rose Hill Property Buyout

Flexible use indoor and outdoor for a variety of events wedding ceremony, wedding reception, party, dining events, retreats, meetings, etc. with occupancy and other rental items needed to be determined based on set-up. 

Select from a full day or four hour use.

Full Day: 9am - 11pm, includes 1 hour rehearsal time to be scheduled

Overnight Accommodations, eight guest rooms in the Main House, for the night of the event and other nights at group rate

As needed and based on availability, overflow of overnight accommodations coordination and oversight with family property, the Carriage House Inn (www.aikencarriagehouse.com)

Photo Shoot on property, to be scheduled

Event Coordinator for all on property event details and coordination from booking through final event including, but not limited to, coordination with other vendors and rental needs.

Menu Planning with Chef and team directly

Menu Tasting with Chef and team directly

Rehearsal 1 hour time block day before/as scheduled

Claudia Lee Bridal Preparation Suite for day of event

Use of all Rose Hill event items include, but not limited to, 

  • 50 Gold Chiavari Chairs
  • 150 White Chairs (Folding Plastic; Outdoor Use Approved)
  • Six Cocktail Tables
  • Six 3-foot round tables (seats 4 guests) with white tablecloths
  • Six 4-foot Round Tables (seats 6 guests) with white tablecloths
  • Six Five-foot Round Tables (seats 8 guests) with white tablecloths
  • 10 Buffett tables (with white tablecloths)
  • Black and White Dance Floor
  • Main House Furniture (ground floor only)
  • Main House Indoor Sound System
  • Main House Retractable Screen
  • Main House Baby Grand Piano
  • Rose Hill tableware, glassware, cutlery, serving items and more as required for the event during planning
